I fell in love with chess over 50 years ago, at a time when books and local coaches were the only ways to improve. Unfortunately, where I lived, training options were scarce, and my progress stalled. Without proper guidance, my skills never reached their full potential.
But the game never left me. Now, with the internet offering an abundance of powerful training tools, I’ve returned to chess with a renewed passion and a fearless mindset. Fearless Chess was born from this journey—helping others break through their own limitations and play the game with confidence and courage.
Fearless Chess is not about me teaching—it’s about the journey of mastery. I am not a chess coach, nor do I claim to be the best player out there. Many others are far more qualified to teach the intricacies of the game. But like any true warrior on the path to improvement, I am relentless in my pursuit of growth. This website is my way of sharing the training methods that have helped me sharpen my skills, overcome plateaus, and play with greater confidence.
My hope is that Fearless Chess becomes more than just a resource—it becomes a place where dedicated players can exchange ideas, challenge themselves, and push past their own limitations. I share what has worked for me, but I am also here to learn, adapt, and evolve. If you’re serious about improving and willing to train with purpose, then let’s walk this path together—fearlessly.
